Current UK legislation requires most businesses to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in England and Wales.

The Fire Risk assessment needs to be handled by a competent person and it’s the responsibility of the employer to ensure that this is carried out. In addition to this, if your company has 5 employees or more then you’ll need to put together a written FRA. If you don’t have the competencies in fire risk assessments within your company and the processes that you need to follow you can outsource your FRA to Rapido Security.
