By law all landlords, employers or any commercial / business or leisure premises is required to have fire detection equipment installed installed and maintained in accordance with the relevant British Standard, BS 5839.

Residential buildings can usually meet UK fire alarm regulations with a lower-grade system. These are not wired into a central control panel, and may not have back-up battery power.whereas business premises require a higher-grade system which are wired into a central fire alarm panel, connected to the mains power supply, and also have a back-up power supply.

All of our fire alarm systems are installed and maintained by a competent person.

We can install all types of wireless or wired fire alarms and will access the building as to what type of grade fire alarm system you will need to comply with legislation. Your fire alarm will then be maintain and serviced 6 monthly and annually to make sure it’s working correctly to offer maximum protection if a fire was to break out within your business premises.

​Have a fire alarm system currently installed? A competent person will come in and take-over the system in which we will maintain and service your system, again 6 monthly and annually.
